Great start for a great series

The best original games on the PS2 that started the Jak & Daxter gaming series. The enviroment is breath-taking and one of the best 3D free roaming platform games. Everything is on there: action, adventure, comedy and keeps it exciting, plus good music. This game is a sort of more free-roaming and game time version or Crash Bandicoot i think that Naughty Dog made a game better than Crash Bandicoot. The gameplay is silmliar to other 3D-platformers like Rayman 2 and Ratchet & Clank, enemies which attack you rather than wait a while as they see you and the storyline is really cunning and brillant, The story begin where best friends Jak and Daxter sail to a island where Daxter gets accidently falls into a pool of water-like substain called Dark Eco, changing Daxter into a Ottsel which is a cross between a weasel and Otter The characters are a master-class with the main characters Jak who doesn't talk is a suitable character for the game and his friend Daxter who doesn't do anything but is the comedy guy in the game, Are the odd-couple of the game. Jak and Daxter's allies: Samos the Sage and Kiera aid the heroes on thier adventure where you go through different places of Jak's world where the enviroment changes on every place, whilst searching for power cells in order to proceed to place after place to change Daxter back to his original form. The eco is a good idea addition to the game where there are 4 different colours of eco: blue, orange, green and Dark. Overall the game is a fantastic example of a all-time great PS2 game.
