What Gamespot Users have to say about The Bureau: XCOM Declassified

I like it more on XBOX 360.

I remember playing the game way back in the past (2014 or something like that) and I must say I didn't remember much, except the fact that I fought aliens who wanted to take over our planet. I played it now on XBOX 360 ... Read Full Review

    I Know Trees Are Ugly...

What is a game? Sometimes it is all about to play, sometimes just enjoying view and sometimes it is about everything rather than an actual gameplay. In this case The Bureau is a kind of game that has a gameplay. Of cours... Read Full Review

    Totally underrated game.

The Bureau XCom Declassified brings some fresh air amongst the third person shooters. The story is simple: our planet is invaded by some aliens controlled by an entity called Origin. The aliens want to make our planet t... Read Full Review

    The Bureau: XCOM Declassifed Review

Połącznie gry taktycznej z TPP w tym wypadku wypada dość dobrze. Uważam że wielu graczy po przejściu/zagraniu w tą odmianę XCOM'A skusi się na klasycznego XCOM'A. Nowy XCOM prawidłowo zachowuje klimat robiąc to zresztą w... Read Full Review

Honestly? Some will like it but, most will hate it...

Let,s talk about both sides of that coin. First the bad side because, you the reader deserve to hear the bad news first. The first mistake they made, was not turning there back on all of the fateful fans of the original.... Read Full Review

The game you get isn't the game you wanted.

IMMERSION: The Bureau: XCOM, declassified attempts to immerse players in combat by forcing the player to think about it. Movements and shots are intended to be planned. Much like real battles though the best trap often ... Read Full Review

The Bureau: XCOM Declassified, is an underrated TPS, but it can't decide to be XCOM or not and is very expensive.

A few notable games at standard price under the price of The Bureau: XCOM Declassified: Half-Life 2, Crysis 2, Fallout 3, Batman, Arkham Asylum, The Elder Scrolls Oblivion. What these games have in common is they are all... Read Full Review

Plays like a VERY fun "Mass Effect in the 50s" squad-based tactical shooter (not a true X-COM title=no prob)

Based on the previews, the developer (who did a stellar job with Bioshock 2), and the simple fact that "I want to believe" that someone can take the X-COM theme and make a FUN non-X-COM game out of it, I decided to pre-o... Read Full Review

Endless tedius battles and endless conversations in a hollow world where nothing you do really matters

If they'd have done it correctly it could have been epic! It could have been a XCOM game with realtime battle - giving you a better feeling for the little guy doing all the fighting, while still allowing you to manage... Read Full Review
