The sense of satisfaction I get from victories or even hard-fought losses more than compensates for any frustration I'm experiencing.
NHL 99 retains the outstanding gameplay of the original 16-bit games.
It may still be a bit sluggish on the frame rate side, but if you're a fan of previous NHL titles, you won't be disappointed.
