The first mission was rewritten, and I love it.

This is one of the best games I've ever played. This is what a game is supposed to be.

Metroid is one of the best selling video game franchises to date, starting with the original, classic Metroid on the NES back in 1986, to the upcoming and greatly anticipated Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. As all Metroid games... Read Full Review

    Short but sweet...

Metroid:Zero Mission will strongly remind of the old school metroid games. Now, wether that's a good thing or a bad thing is up to you. The gameplay elements are pure metroid - jump, crouch, shoot, explore - BUT, that's... Read Full Review

Super Metroid! There's a double meaning to that statement: Super Metroid for the SNES was a phenomonal game in its own right, but was also also one of the best SNES games ever made. Metroid: Zero Mission builds on that... Read Full Review

It's Super Metroid without the carbs, and I don't like the Atkins diet anyways.

It's not that updating the original Metroid was a bad idea at all. And for all intents and purposes, Zero Mission does a great job of creating a version of the first Metroid that the modern generation of gamers can enjoy... Read Full Review

The extra parts in the game are definitely terrific and definitely bring new life to the classic.

Metroid is one of the most mysterious and least understandable franchises in gaming history. Unlike most Nintendo titles, Metroid’s timeline is completely foggy. You’re always using the same Samus Aran, but when do her... Read Full Review
