Unlockable Charcters
Unlockable Complete Chapter 1 Cube/Combo To unlock Garam simply complete his challenges. Play as Garam To play as Goji, get a JET ranking on all the Grind City levels. Play as Goji To unlock Gum simply finish her challenges at the beginging of the game. Play as Gum Beat the game with a JET ranking in all stages. This includes regular stages as well as Golden Rhino stages Play as Love Shockers, Noise Tanks, Poison Jam, and Goji Beat all the Benten-Cho (aka City of Night) levels with any ranking. After that, Mew will challenge you. Beat the three of her challenges, and she'll join you, allowing you to pick her as playable character. Play as Mew To play as Poison Jam, get a JET ranking on all of the Kogane-cho levels. Play as Poison Jam Unlock Gum and complete the challenges Tab gives you afterwards. Tab To get to play as Pots, finish the game with the Jet ranking on every level. Every level, meaning both story mode and the basic areas. Unlock Pots, the Dog! Play through the game until Slate challenges you to a race in Kogane-Cho. Beat him to unlock. Unlock Slate Progress through story mode until he challenges you. Beat his challenge to unlock. Unlockable Characters
You can unlock extra characters by completing the game and getting JET ratings on various levels. Also, Poison Jam, Noise Tanks, and Love Shockers don't appear in the garage the same way as regular characters, but as gang symbols. Goji Rokkaku will be selectable as the barrel in the garage. As for Potts, you have to unlock all the other characters, then do the Monster of Kogane level before Benten Boogie. This will cause a Noise Tank to appear in Chapter 3 or after doing a mission in Grind Square. Complete all his challenges.
Unlockable Win the race against Beat. Unlocked in Chapter 2. Combo Finish all of Gum's challenges. Unlocked in Chapter 2. Cube Complete the Monster of Kogane level, and finish all of his challenges. Garam Achieve a JET rating for every one of the story levels in Grind City and complete the story once. Goji Rokkaku Finish all of her challenges. Gum Achieve a JET rating for every story level, including the Golden Rhino levels in Shibuya-Cho. Love Shockers Complete the Benten Boogie level, and finish all of her challenges. Mew Achieve a JET rating for every story level, including the Golden Rhino levels in Benten-Cho. Noise Tanks Complete the Explosion level, and finish all of her challenges. Piranha Achieve a JET rating for every story level, including the Golden Rhino levels in Kogane-Cho. Poison Jam Unlock all other characters. Complete Monster of Kogane level before Benten Boogie. Do all of Noise Tank's Chapter 3 challenges. Potts Complete the Fight or Flight level, and beat him in a race. Slate Finish all of his challenges.
