Indepth, almost to much!
For those who are fans of either Axis & Allies, Aggression: Reign over Europe or Making History, you will probably enjoy this game. Pros: 1.) Allows you to play a significant portion of history leading up to WWII as... Read Full Review

HORRIBLE! Just 2 extremely poorly put together scenarios that probably took all of 2 hours to make, package, and market.
The Armageddon mod, all 50 some megabites, was pretty quick to download, and install over your doomsday expansion, so what can you expect from 50 some megabites, right? Paradox usually does GREAT with their games. Unf... Read Full Review

Surprisingly good, I expected a lot less from a game of such poor graphics
I love this game. Its depth, its magnitude, all of it makes this game worthy of playing over and over again. You can literally play this game a hundred times and not experience the same outcome twice. For instance, you... Read Full Review

Hearts of Iron 2 is a must for WW2 strategists and anyone who asks "what if?"
In a market that is filled to the brim with sub par World War 2 shooters, yet is surprisingly empty of good grand strategy games, Hearts of Iron 2 and its add-ons shine like a beacon of hope for strategy afficionados and... Read Full Review

Amazing War Simulator
There aren't many games that play out in the grand scope of WWII. Simply put, this game is simply fun unless you're a jittery, mouth foaming shooter fan who needs to see action and things dying. Otherwise, this game is s... Read Full Review

Remarkably complex, yet satisfactory. May I say it's too short?
Paradox has been long renowned by its brain-spinning grand strategy games, and this creation of theirs, Doomsday, has also adequately spinned our brain. It\'s complex, however it\'s a fun complexity, so you\'ll enjoy it... Read Full Review

Much better than you'd expect!
I brought this game at EB on a whim for AU$25. For that price, I wasn't expecting much, but this game blew me away. HoI II follows the entire course of World War II, from 1936 - 1947. You can chose pretty much any countr... Read Full Review

Great addition to an already decent game. Playing past 1948 is a real nice extra. One that goes further would be cool.
Great addition to an already decent game. Playing past 1948 is a real nice extra. I wish you could speed up the time advancement beyond extreme and having a version of this that goes beyond the 1950s would be even coole... Read Full Review
