Duplication glitch

This glitch allows you to use an item while consuming a different item within your inventory.

This glitch only works with items that require additional input (has a confirmation box).

The first step is to put your desired item into the quick-use slot, then start an action that has an animation(swinging, rolling, and parrying), followed by using the item during the animation(this glitch works because Dark Souls allow the player to queue up actions), after that, press pause before the confirmation box appears. Then, you will want to go choose an item to be consumed( items like binoculars and soapstone will not be consumed, making them optimal for this glitch). Then, you will use the item you've chosen to consume, causing the inventory to close and the confirmation box to appear. If you have done the glitch right, using the item you duplicated won't be consumed.

Infinite souls with frampt

Not sure if this works in the remaster, but you can get infinite souls by feeding prism stones to frampt. This works best if you kill Nito to get patches to Firelink. Buy a stack of the stones for 990 souls. (Throwing knives work too, and are the same price). Then feed them to frampt. A single stone costs 10 souls. But when fed to frampt, it gives you 100 souls. You get 9,000 souls each cycle. Enjoy your soul levels!

Soul Duplication

When performing a riposte or backstab press + and enter your inventory. This next part must be done quickly it is recommended that you reorganize your inventory to have your first two slots be your Estus Flask and any boss soul. Select and use a boss soul then quickly go back into your inventory and select your flask. Select use once it appears. A confirmation box will appear select yes. This will show the animation of using the boss soul but will consume a flask charge, you will also get the souls from the boss soul. Additionally this can be done with firekeeper souls granting you full health and 5 humanity. Finally this can be performed with an empty flask allowing you to heal without wasting a firekeeper soul.

Soul item overuse

The soul item overuse glitch takes advantage of menu stacking to use a soul items more than you otherwise could, in this case the most is 999. In order to do this glitch you need at least one non-boss soul item, 2997 souls w/ access to a merchant, or just 999 arrows. Bring the item you want to dupe to the top of your inventory, and then either go to buy 999 arrows and then cancel, or go to drop them and cancel. Then go to options and hover over brightness. You need to go into the brightness menu and us the right bumper to go to inventory at almost the same time (you want to hit brightness a little before). The click on the item (it should be at the top) use a d-pad to go down and right at the same time (you will know you did it right if there is still an orange bar on Use). Go right and click on Default. It will pop up a Use menu. Go down one to 999 and hit use. This will give you 999 times that souls value.
