  1. Level select (North American version)

    As soon as SEGA appears, press Left, Right, Left, Right, C, B. You will hear a sound upon correct entry. You must start entering the code before the SEGA logo finishes fading in.

  3. Extra 2 Player Options

    As soon as SEGA appears, press A, B, B, A. You will hear a sound upon correct entry. You must start entering the code before the SEGA logo finishes fading in. After selecting 2 Players mode, after both players have selected their character, hold Start on Control Pad 1 and Control Pad 2. This menu allows you to adjust the controls, character strength, time, stage etc.

  4. Unused Cheat

    To play as Mr.Big, get up to Mr.Big in the one player story mode, then lose the fight against him. Now start a 2 player game after losing too him and Mr. Big will be a selectable character.

  1. How to beat the computer with no damage taken

    When the fight starts, jump towards the CPU and kick him or her in the knees while you are in the air.

    For some reason, the computer never blocks when you kick hiim or her in the knees.

    This works against any character, and also works on Difficulty 8.

  2. Skip to Credits

    Start a new game, then select the Story Mode. When the game starts, pause and press:

  1. Daikon Cut Minigame

    Turn on the game without an Arcade Card inserted and you'll see a warning message about you needing the card to play the game. Watch the message all the way to the end and reset the game by holding Run and pressing Select. See the warning message a second time and reset again. By the third time, if you wait a few seconds after the warning message is over, you'll get the hidden Daikon Cut minigame.

  2. Cheat Mode

    Play the Story Mode until you get a high score, then get a game over. At the High Score list, enter ".SD", ".LK" or ".AS" as your name. Now, at the Character Select screen (in Story Mode), press the following buttons:

    Unlockable Unlockable
    Hold Select and press Up or Down. Haow-Ken Mode
    Hold Run and press Up or Down. Increase Energy and Specials Bar
    Hold II and press Up or Down. Stage Select
