That's the thing... Gordan Freeman really isn't any more smart than the MC... He's about equal, it's just Halo doesn't showcase this, only the books do. Seriously, the MC is the ultimate bad ass, it's rediculous how unrealistically powerfull he is... He's the ultimate killer... Smart, fast, powerfull, indestructable, undetectable when needed (Active Camo). It's fine if you think GF is a better character, he certainly is more believable. It's fine if you like Half Life over Halo, I personally like them both about the same, along with Starcraft and Diablo II: LOD. To say that GF would win in a fight against MC is where your just plain wrong... MC would have GF dead and burried in less than a minute. It's foolish to think otherwise..........

Master Chief since he speaks although less but has a heroic personality reflected in the game, but Gordan is no way a puppet either although he speak nothing but his movements and other peoples interaction and view reflect a kind of genius and strong personality of Gordan but Master Chief still does it better.

Althugh I would say King of FPS is Half Life 2 not Halo, REsistance, FEAR, R6V2, Killzone 2 or whatever might you add.

The image speaks my opinion, plus Gordon completely destroys an entire fleet of zombie/alien things, and the Combine all without any armor or previous combat training like Master Chief, and plus with the Gravity Gun Master Chief is just one giant hunk of ammo for Gordon.

i like to think of the masterchief as a spoiled brat. he does w/e he wants, and when he gets hurt his health regenerates, so he doesnt learn any better :DKGB32
