They're actually very few, we executed the last few who didn't want to convert to Lutheranism back in 1550.
They've slowly made a comeback since then. One of my best friends is a Catholic, if he's not working or in school he's drunk.

There isn't really a "breaking away" in Orthodox Church administration. Basically there are multiple Popes (just like in the beginning), each handling the administration of the Church in his region. Those regions, by historical accident, corrispond to national borders (very roughly). In Orthodoxy, the Church is united in faith and docrine, not united by a secular power. The Patriarch of Rome (Pope) was once a part of this union. So they are not separate Churches but rather the same Church united by faith but distict in language, ect. Orthodox never insisted in mandating a single language (ex. Latin), hence different cultures/languages (in part) helped to associate what we now sometimes call "Greek Orthodox, Russian Orthodox," ect.

Well the Eastern Rite community follows Eastern Orthodox traditions to a larger degree than the Latin Church, but they support the Pope's claims of supremacy.Â
I got an invide to a union today. It's the first invite since this time last year when I was invited to join the Communist Union; I think you can guess how that went.
might check the date on that invite. it might have been sent last year, and it just now got here. :D i got an invite recently too. i think a lot of the union people are hanging out on Fuze. so if they see you posting anything on there then there's a chance you might actually hang out on GS and they want you.
god, it's been 5 years. at this point i think it's safe to say that I've been in the DWU longer than the original DWU members from the old days who quit before I got here. i think what i miss the most from the old days is actually liking the game. :D
One of these days I might ask (the real) Lord_Cal to come back and talk for a bit. I can't imagine he would have expected this place to still be alive.
