The Settlers VI beta on GameSpot

You can now take part in the beta event for The Settlers: Rise of an Empire, the latest in Blue Byte's city-building strategy series. Gamers can download the exclusive beta and test out a single-player tutorial mission and play four multiplayer maps in online or LAN play.

German Release Date Announced

Ubisoft has announced the release date for German speaking countries. The game will be released on Friday 28 September. 2007.

Vegetarian Edition Announced on German site

The Vegetarian Edition will appear as a free download after the game is released in August 2007.
In the Vegetarian Edition the animals of the settler world are protected!
Players must find new ways in order to establish its kingdom to hold the medieval economy in momentum and to satisfy the needs of its settlers.
