Why does Garbage like Toad get an 8 while MCC get 6?

and toads gameplay has been done to death i have played millions of lode runner styled treasure games that do that better on pc

Wow ! I´m a Halo fan and I find neat that you can have 4 games to play.

But this dude fell really very hard on the Master Chief´s cock, must be like a bad tooth, really painful but you don´t want it to be pulled away.

Every aspect of Toad works. As of last night, I still have to wait over 30 minutes to get into a match of MCC and the teams will either be heavily lopsided, put me in a room by myself, or not finish the round. I've stayed quiet on MCC, but it is to the point where it should be fixed and the score should reflect that over 50% of the games content, doesn't work as advertised. I think a 6 is generous considering mp is what halo is about. Why should 343 get a free pass for releasing a game that is half broken and when it released, the sp had a bunch of glitches and save issues too. 6/10 was generous and if it didn't have Halo in the title, you better believe it wouldn't have the score it has on metacritic either.

MS/343 dropped the ball big time on MCC. Yes I think they will fix it, but they better hope it's fixed before Christmas or else there will be some mad people when they go to log on for some mp.

I have very little interest in Toad Treasure Tracker, but if it works, kudos to Nintendo for releasing games that still work on day 1. Seems to be a fading trend in the gaming world.

Well, I would argue that there are already a bunch of Halo games available on the Xbox and Xbox 360 and that the MCC brings nothing new to the table. Meanwhile, Captain Toad appears to be a breath of fresh air in the puzzle genre.

I'm a PS guy, but that's probably because Nintendo IP's are actually, for the most part, finished products. Unlike most blockbuster PS and Xbox titles.

The butthurt is obvious but I agree. "Critics" love to kiss Nintendo franchises asses way too much. Last time I played a game from Nintendo that was HIGHLY praised (SMG1) ended up getting pretty boring after a short while... I dont know if its just me or what but the Nintendo games I've played bored me to tears. I have yet to play properly a Zelda game though. Maybe when I get a WiiU for Bayonetta 2 I'll check out Zelda

MCC got a 6 because Gamespot reviews a game in the form in which it is released. MCC was released too early with a bugged up multiplayer system. It deserved to get panned for being released too early.
