@jg4xchamp: halo has bad level design at times but it also has incredible level design. It has way more good than bad

Every now and then it has a Tsavo Highway or A Covenant, but a lot of it isn't ever really all that special, in fact it's usually more decent than good. Plus, it's not all about some magical ratio, or hey Halo 3 has 5 good missions to 4 bad ones, thus it's good. When a significant chunk of your game is that sloppy, that's not good.

I'm playing Future Perfect again, and it's still fun. But both these franchises have been first person console exclusives for a while now. Although one died, and one's alive. Halo still lives.

But when it comes down to it, I prefer Timesplitters. Here's why:

-better story

-better visuals

-better characters

-better weapons

-cortez

-monkeys

-time to split

Animations look really nice. I like.. No, I don't like Halo. Not much. I played all of them, except for Halo 2. I tried them. And I'm not gonna sit her and say they're shit games. Honestly, play more than 3 games before you go calling Halo shit. I've played shit games that are really shit. But I've been able to get into the Halo franchise. Hell, even multiplayer, I'll give it to Timesplitters due to Virus, which is beyond brilliant. Don't know if Halo has it.

In short, I prefer Timesplitters. It's silly, good fun in both single, and multiplayer. Not to mention it's a much more consistent franchsie. Although that helps with it only having 3 entries.

Future Perfect was and still is the best splitscreen game i have ever played. My friends and I had sooo much fun on it that when we were younger, we would sleep over at my place and play all night passing the controllers around.

We would ban Monkey though because that was an unfair advantage lol. Its either we all use Monkey or nobody uses him. I wish they remastered this for the current gen. I'd buy it in a heartbeat especially if it has online.
