The PS3 out sold the 360. What do you think the PS4 will do to the XBONE?

The PS3 was a year behind and it still managed to finally catch up and win the race before the next gen starts. (lol wii u...cute) What on gods name do you think the PS4 will do to the Xbone with both consoles releasing in the same month? Will the sales gap be like what the PS2 did to the Xbox?

PlayStation has a larger appeal worldwide. And with Nintendo being in the dumps, Sony should clean up in Asia.

Though, to contradict popular belief, the US and EU are still up in the air.

Personally I'm expecting 1 hundred million units moved for both PS4 and Xbox One. Especially as these should be the two best consoles ever made.

It caught up eventhough it had a terrible start.

PS4 has a great start, so the domination will be off the charts.

It funny though.  PS3 hasn't even past 360 yet.  But look at the bigger picture.  What was the cost of Sony trying to reach Xbox 360 numbers.  Over 4 billion dollars lost and all the money they made on the PS1 and PS2.  MS hasn't had an official price drop of the system in 4 years I believe. Why? Because they are making mad profits of the system.  No need to take massive losses like Sony has this past gen.

The EU isnt up in the air. Its PS territory. In fact, it was what saved the PS3. Besides the UK, the PS4 is locked in most PAL regions.

there must really not be many nintendo fans left because I rarely see them boasting about 100M Wii's sold. As for the ps4 and xbox one there is no question in my mind that the ps4 is going to sale more at least right now but that could always change. Im sure all of us were Wrong at somepoint over the last 7-8 years and one thing I know I was wrong about is the Wii doing so well.

It won a huge amount of market shares last gen, while the PS3 lost a huge amount of market shares. The PS3 is still in LAST PLACE. The PS3 didn't win anything last generation. Was destroyed by the Wii and 360 in just about every category.
