@last_lap: To be fair, you can hit a moose in a fucking car and still come out worse off. They are complete units.
@hardwenzen: C'mon the most dangerous animal in Canada is the Moose, please don't talk about being Manly enough to an Aussie 🤣
A male moose would rip apart your bitch made kangaroos, bro.
@hardwenzen: I live in Australia with real dangerous animals, please stop showing videos of your cute and cuddly animals 🤣
Imagine disrespecting a moose. Did you overheat under the Australian sun, kiddo?
@hardwenzen: Poor wenzen thinks his cuddly animals are dangerous. Come to Australia, then you'll see dangerous.
And I doubt you've even seen a Moose in the wild, just only seen one in a Zoo 🤣
The only thing that's dangerous in Australia is an Aussie eating a disgusting vegemite sandwich.
And sorry to break it to you, but i have seen a moose twice, one of which had such massive antlers you could build a house on top.
@hardwenzen: If you're trying to insult me you're doing a terrible job. You couldn't stomach Vegemite as you're not man enough.
Yeah you saw 2 in the Zoo like I said.
I don't think i've ever been to a Zoo🥱Nice try, but failed as always.
And Vegemite is incredibly disgusting, and you can't stop eating it.
@hardwenzen: Like I said anything you say about the delicious Vegemite can't insult me.
You've never been to a Zoo, yeah that doesn't surprise me as you come across as a guy who doesn't get out much, probably saw them on a nature doco you watched on YT.
Watched the Ministry of ungentlemanly warfare. its poor version of inglorious besterds.
no idea why its rated high.
@uninspiredcup: So cup we are talking about James bond being recasting. however how about next Rambo recast?

Sylvestor stallon want Ryan goslin (the romantic hero) wants to be next Rambo. will he play well?
@ghosts4ever: Rocky and Rambo are intricacy Stallon.
They treid to keep Rocky going with Creed man, and we learned, you need Rocky to show up as Creed man is boring.

The original First blood is absolutely incredible movie. survival movie more than typical action. 2 and 3 are just ok. in 3 Rambo help taliban defeat USSR.
hoever 2008 Rambo was my fav. gritty, horror, brutal war movie. instead of cartoonish violence of 2 and 3.
This was best Rambo moment. absolutely incredible.

yep og first blood is incredible. i had a stallone classics movie night a few months back and watched it for the first time in years. blew me away how good it was and how well it held up. i do have a real soft spot for rocky iv and demolition man but first blood is my fave stallone film.
always liked the scene when sheriff will first meets colonel trautman
khabib apparently owes $3.3m in taxes to russia.
needs to stay away from plane journeys til it's sorted
🚨 According to Mash, Khabib Nurmagomedov owes the Federal Tax Services in Russia 306 million rubles ($3.3 million USD).

This sounded and looked very 90's to early 2000's. Never heard of them, and had to check if this is actual thing that just happened or its some remastered content from over 20 years ago.
@hardwenzen: A couple upcoming horror films getting positive buzz:
I posted Longlegs on here like a month ago, the trailer looks awesome and i am all about this. Kinda like Maika Mongroe as well😱 As for the other movie you posted, this is not my kind of horror. And shudder stuff in general is too much of a brainless violence/gore for me.
@hardwenzen: In a Violent Nature currently stands at a 95% on RT.
Sounds interesting to me, following the perspective of this entity/killer. I'm hearing amazing things about the Nick Cage one as well.
Didn't the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre had high scores as well? Really am not a fan of movies with gore and violence when its just some fuckedup person doing the job. Give me some supernatural stuff, or something unique, and then we're talking. If its just a human going on a rampage, much prefer something classy like American Psycho over some inbred that lives in the middle of a forest and all this repetitive crap we see in so many movies.
@hardwenzen: You liked Men, though. That one was filthy.
Ewww. Wouldn't have watched it if you didn't suggested me to watch it because of that rebord scene at the end.
@hardwenzen: Did you watch Pi yet?
I didn't. Watched Requiem For A Dream instead, which i somehow missed when it came out ages ago.
@hardwenzen: Watch Pi, I know you will love this one.
Yea, i planned to, and completely forgot.
@Pedro: didn't see them fri or sat night here in manchester. waited up til 12ish then gave up, although local news said they would be visible somewhere between 9pm-2am so may have come later. looked amazing from all the photos doing the rounds on social media. i saw them a few years ago in northern norway but nowhere near as spectacular as what's been on display this weekend
@Macutchi: The photos are a lie. They don't represent what the naked eye will see. The only reason I was able to see it in my light polluted area was driving to the nearest park, killing all lights nearby and waiting. If you use your cellphone cam with adjusted exposure, you will see it clearer and more colorful because it can be extremely faint. I was fortunate to see a stella display after an hour but it was no where close to the misleading images but still very cool to see.
Variety caving to revisionist reception of the Star Wars prequels.
Once deemed a colossal disappointment, "The Phantom Menace" is now the most viewed "Star Wars" movie on Disney+ worldwide, according to multiple sources.

They were among the outlets who HATED Phantom Menace.

Funny thing about first Rambo is that has a reputation for violence. And certainly the sequels upped it to comical levels, but the first movie really isn't violence at all.
Like, 2 folk die, one falls out a helicopter.
Similar to Rocky in that respect, first movie is a drama movie first and foremost, the actual boxing match at the climax is more an emotional crescendo than a tightly choregraphed fight. And then immediately go to Rocky 2 and the fight has far more focus, far longer, far grander, but also, quite boring in comparison.
@nintendoboy16: I enjoyed the movie.🙃
I like aspects of it (choreography, which the prequels nail, especially at the end of ROTS, and the podracing, which inspired a cool Gen Five sci-fi racer) and I'll rewatch it in my SW movie marathons. But, despite going in places it should not have (looks at Jake Lloyd and Ahmed Best), the reception of those movies helped inspire documentaries like this, and were the butt of jokes like these:

Ironically this doc has been ripped apart since release and barely had a reception at the time above TPM. Same with RLM takes.
Also Simon Pegg went on to appear in the sequels as well as the Star Trek reboots. Which are comparatively uninspired drool.
Like JJ he assumed it would be "real starwars" like he remembered. But smooth brain didn't realize George wasn't simply replicating the OT trilogy like Disney was attempting to do, he deliberately went in an entirely different direction. Which, alongside his wooden dialogue is also why man babies hated it.
It wasn't what they wanted. Instead you got this, which IMO is actually a better story.
Even shit now with dumbass critics fapping to Andor, it's lifting from this. Except really boring.
Now not claiming TPM is the best movie ever, that's Revenge Of The Sith, but a lot of the takes are hyperbolic shit.
@Pedro: maybe some, but my brother in law was at lake windermere in the lake district in nw england this weekend and took some amazing pics. maybe it was too much to hope we'd see it in manchester with all the light pollution, even though the skies were clear

It was Eurovision equivalent of a shitpost and inadvertently became more entertaining than the other boring Ibiza club music/ballad spam because of it.
Of course it scored almost at the bottom but I don't think they cared.
Watching Battlestar Galactica, and thank God my TV can auto minimize the film grain. Apparently the editors didn't have access to commercial TVs and only professional screens (allegedly) and just hammed on the film grain. Otherwise, an absolute belter of a show.
