Stop claiming that the xbox 360 will outsell the PS3!!!

Most of you lot don't get it, the PS3 is a next generation console! It will have Blue-Ray (which xbox 360 hasn't got) and will all be in HD! In fact just stop saying that the xbox 360 will outsell the PS3, be thankful that all console developers are going forward with their technology, at least give the PS3 a chance!

Second of all: You give the other consoles a chance instead of hyping one.

And in terms of sales. The least expensive one that offers the same functions will be bought more.

Already have. I am not saying the xbox 360 is rubbish, it is alright but never really liked the big controllers.

Not to mention the $499 version doesn have HDMI which makes it useless as a Blu-Ray player.

Well the PS3 isn't out yet...

But the idea of E3 is to sell it to me.  And they failed to do that with me and a vast amount of people.

Not to mention that people know that if they wait for the "next" consoles to come out, they will be getting what the 360 has to offer (plus games) and more. I must stress the fact that the 360 (& Microsoft in general) BLOWS donkey dong in the GAMES department, for anyone who does not like first person games. Sushimaster

I didn't know Kameo, Madden, Lost Planet, Enchanted Arms, Blue Dragon, Dead Rising, Viva Pinata, and a slew of others were first person.

No one wants to pay $400 for a dumbed down PC that offers nothing new from last gen when for  $100/$200 more you can get the most powerful system with many useful multimedia features and the best/most exclusive games.

Most all console sales are long after launch when price breaks come around anyways.... and at the point when both consoles are affordable to most people, won't they want to get the better one?

For $499 you either get a janky Blu-Ray player with no HDMI, which makes it no better than a DVD player, or you get an overpriced gaming console no more powerful that the 360 and missing memory card slots, WiFi ability, and rumble features in the controller.

Stop trying to use last week's argument, kid.  E3 just happened ans Sony has over-promised and under-delivered as usual.

All I know is the PS3 has a lot of catching up to do.....and I'm guessing that in these next few months 360 sales will rise now that everyone knows the real PS3 will be $600....which is absolutely out of the price range of gamers of age 18 and under which is the majority.  Also now that GTA isn't a PS3 exclusive what is Sony's selling point?  That was their selling point with the PS2!!
