The PS4 has more games now out and with higher scores in what planet are you living in.?
The xbox one doesn't even have an exclusive coming any time soon,Titanfall isn't,unlike Infamous SS which is one.
Games is basically sony stronger point and now that sales favor the PS4 it will be pretty hard for the xbox one to win exclusives.

The PS3 was hard to dev for and took a lot more resources. Devs didn't put in the extra affort. This gen is way different. So different in fact that trying to compare it to last gen is pretty stupid.

Why are you omitting other games and Gears3/Halo 4 which has IF you ask around the net, only 3 PS3 exclusives that are "considered" to look better, and then the multiplats, which are the best looking games on both platforms, which you are omitting, which makes no sense, because they are the best looking games on each platform with better engines.
