If you were in charge of Naming the Next Xbox and Nintendo consoles what would they be?

Basically we all know the next PlayStation will be PS5, but if you were in charge of Naming the others or hell even the PlayStation what would u name them?

I would name them:

Xbox Infinity

Ultra Nintendo

And bonus. PS Revolution

Xbox Two

I just happened to use the bullet points whenever possible but on mobile, I'll wait until I get into a computer to do that. I do like the name Xbox Venom. On the future upgrade, I woukd name it: Xbox Maximum Carnage :P

Come on Pedro. As far as naming console goes, Wii U did far worst then Xbox One could and Xbox One is hardly better compare to the worst name Wii U. I'm sure MS won't make the same mistake as Nintendo did.

I always liked Xbox Next. Its a double entendre on how it is the next generation and a statement about XBox being the next cool thing. Like it waited its turn and now the time has come. Bonus points for having a cool shortened slang name like Nextbox, which will undoubtedly be what everyone ends up calling it.

Playstation 5 because if it aint broke dont fix it. Being the next Playstation always has branding power on tap.

Nintendo should go for broke with their retro branding. Something like the Mega Nintendo or Ultra Nintendo would be a smart move. Back in the 80s and 90s, the word Nintendo was synonymous with console a lot like Kleenex is for tissue paper. The Super Nintendo built off of that branding concept adeptly. Switch has shown that Nintendo has an emergent brand again and they would be wise to follow up on that with a clever name that exudes market position.

XBOX Platinum , Xbox Titanium ,XBOX Ultimate or just call it XBOXX but Xbox next sounds good also.

I'm in favor of just calling an Xbox an Xbox, a PlayStation a PlayStation, and everything else a Nintendo. Xbox one should be changed to Xbox 180, since that's what they did this gen. Maybe Xbox 4k next gen since that seems to be their focus. PlayStation 5 is fine... The name says what it's for. I have no clue about Nintendo, but if it's another hybrid, I'd stick with Switch Pro or something similar if it's BC with switch.

Infinite or just Xbox might make more sense for their expanding platform, almost platform agnostic if they push hard with PA and Cloud.

MS got told off for shipping Explorer with Windows and N tied developers into contracts for the whole of the 80's in NA and Japan.
