Give the Wii credit........at least it's gimmick is clever

We all know that clever gimmicks usually work out for the comapny, even though it is for a short period of time. So you have to give Nintendo credit for the Wii. They knew selling the Wii with just a standard controller wouldn't sell half of the units it has because the games sure aren't.

So enjoy it while you can because when GTA 4 and Halo 3 are released.....

The Wiiis a fad and a gimmick.... but I doubt it will ever proven to be so once and for goodif other consoles can't destroy it to the ground.

It's up to the Xbox 360 and the PS3 to do the job. The 360, however, can't... It's failing in Japan, the sales didn't improve compared to the original, etc...

I really enjoy the control on the Nintendo Wii. A few improvements could have been made. Like a couple of small shoulder buttons when you're holding the controller NES style. The analog on the nunchuck could have used a click function, just to add that extra button. The speaker is of terrible quality.

I wonder if anyone has figured out a nice hack to install a better quality speaker.

They should have replaced the D-pad on the Wiimote with an analog stick and made the Nunchuck into a copy of the Wiimote itself.

I agree a click button on the analog stick would have been pretty nice, and ya the speaker is horrible lol. Its so annoying on zelda, every time you unlock a secret :P
