I've only played Enslaved, but that was awful. A dev who specializes in action games should be able create a much better combat system than that.

Surprised CD Projeckt Red aren't in there and not really sure how Mojang could be No. 2. No surprises anywhere else but it's really just opinion from a bunch of journalists still stuffed on Doritos and Mountain Dew ;)

I dont know about valve being top. Steam is DRM, plain and simple. But it has made everything easier on pc gaming. Plus steam sales. I never thought I could buy not more than year old games for under 15 euro. Big minus for valve is valve time, they are notoriously slow at making games. I love Dota 2, but it is because I loved Dota. Balancing, spells, heroes, basically everything related to gameplay had been already done by icefrog before dota 2 was in beta stage.

Aside from Blizzard, Tell Tale and Kojima, that's a pretty sh*tty list.

I'm starting to hate how overrated Valve is. Their games aren't even that good!

If Creativity and technical skills are important then where is Polytron on that list?

Not going to lie, i had to google about 15 devs on that list. So many smaller devs on there that have only made 1 little downloadable game.

this can't be of all time, some of these developers only made a couple of great games and thats it

So mojag get's 2ndo for developing 1 game ? i mean minecraft is really awesome but just for 1 game.... this list deserves to go up as reputation not drawing from a hat. Nintendo Honestly should be lower..... they haven't created anything new sinse the 1990's.
