Can We All Agree The 360 Was The Best Hardcore Console This Gen?

-Most high rated game library (fact)

-More hardware and software sales  than the PS3 (fact)

-Better multiplat games (fact)

-Most  amount of downloadable content including games, movies, music and TV (fact)

- Most online features (fact)

-Most  comfortable controller (popular  opinion)

-Faster  download speeds and no mandatory installs(fact)

I'm  not sure how any true gamer can overlook these facts. Most Sony fans will say that none of this matters, it's all about exclusives. However if you look at the exclusive games on both platforms over 90 on Metacriric, they have the exact same amount. When you factor in 360/PC games the PS3 doesn't get the 360 comes out on top with more high rated games.

Sony fans can hate the 360 all you want but the 360 is technically a superior console based on facts.

There is no reason to have a 360 unless you can't live without Halo and Forza. Everything else can be played on other platforms. PS3 has so many quality exclusives that its hard to keep up.

Plus other highly rated exclusives like inFAMOUS 1 and 2, Uncharted Drakes Fortune, God of War 3 and Ascension, Ni No Kuni, Gran Turismo 5, Heavy Rain, Valkyria Chronicles, Killzone 2 and 3.

Lems can only dream of having so many great exclusives.

How many of those games are hardcore though? And how many hardcore games does the PS3 have? After all, the subject is how hardcore the console is. A system could have 100 kiddie games that are AAAAE and would have the most high rated games, but it wouldn't be the most hardcore.

Has it ever crossed your mind how padded the 360 library is with Kinect shovelware and launch window games that only stayed exclusive because of the year head start?

Do you really care about Gunstringer, Dance Central, Perfect Dark Zero, GRAW, Dead or Alive 4, Dead Rising 1, Table Tennis and sports games from launch?

The 360 had the most games this gen, between it's retail and online offerings. If we are going to be objective about it than yes the 360 would be the best.
