Call Of duty AW 1080p on PS4.?

Fellow gafer Macsta was kind enough to provide a direct feed image from the PS4 version he got early today. Fellow gafer Durante has stated the image is 1080p native.

There is a bigger disparity in the Networks used, with Xbox Live being far superior.

I would assume 1080p but I doubt a smooth 60 fps in the single player.

The inferior Call of Duty experience only on Xbone.

I heard its 1080p60 on both consoles, which should be standard on every current gen game.

Unfortunatly, going by some streams i watched, its as fast oaced and scripted as any other CoD game, so i'll pass.

Is not cross gen is basically a new engine focus on PS4,XBO and PC,so the PS3 and 360 version is using the old engine this new version use a modify engine,so the cross engine excuse is null.

On topic id rather play this on the Xbox. Superior online gaming and its where all my friends will be playing it, for that very same reason.

I own Ghosts on PS4 but am moving to Xbox One and PC for AW. I just can't do shooters on the DS4. I tried with Killzone Shadowfall, COD Ghosts and Destiny. I will gladly play a 900p version on a controller than I prefer for shooters instead of a crisper version of the game on analog sticks and triggers I hate.

I also moved to the Xbox One for Madden as well. Sports games and shooters feel better there and don't look too different. But I will continue to play games like the Assassins Creed series, GTA, and other games that really benefit from the hardware on PS4 and PC. The one exception to my shooter rule may be the Battlefield series since BF4 was so hideous on Xbox One.

@tormentos: No matter how many times you and other cows post it, there still isn't much difference between 900p and 1080p on consoles.

@tormentos: Same thing has Shadow of Mordor, and that game looks like a cross gen game, just like Advanced Warfare. The System Requirements are almost the exact same has Ghosts.

Speaking of SoM, that runs at 1080p 30fps on a weaker PC too, thanks to quality optimization on all platforms by Monolith.

COD AW has better slighty better textures, but overall looks like an improved CODG. Don't see the problem though. It was never going to be a game that would stress next gen consoles like Unity was suppose to.

Sadly, contrasting Monolight, it seems Ubisoft can't code for shit on any platform. Atleast until i see benchmarks and DF face offs

MCC will be getting all of my time after I abuse the hell out of SO.

I've already preordered the XB1 Day Zero version. All my friends are getting it for the XB1. Won't have to worry about any network problems that's for sure. The game will still look the same and run at 60fps. The XB1 controller and headset is much better for this game then the PS4 controller with the tiny earbud. Game On.

That is cool and all, but if I were to buy this game I'll most likely get it on Xbox One.

I find more enjoyment playing against the Xbox community, idk why.

You know there were superior multiplatform on PS3 as well right.? The PS3 was stronger it was juts to difficult the xbox one doesn't have a single superior game.

So not only was the PS3 more powerful it also include free online play and access to the full game no pay walls no buts.
