@templecow90999: yea, it's not the greatest thing. especially if you intend on moving it around or traveling with it. I can see that being easily lost. Other than that tho, very slick and it matches the DualSense Edge now lol. Another disappointment is that I was hoping they would give you the cover without the disc bump incase you wanted to take it out.

Not really a kick stand. its a plastic piece you attach. it feels cheap but its not as noticable.

my og ps5 stand keeps slipping off the stand so I kind of like it better. it doesn't slip all around.

Sony seem to have shipped big, saw mountains of fifa/spiderman/cod bundles at one of our biggest retailers today

Bundling it with Modern Warfare 3 or Spider-Man was a great sales tactic. Basically getting the games for free.

Im tired of the RAM issues over the last year. Ive had to downclock 3 sets of RAM to 3200 because it refuses to run at the rated speed.

Picked up God of War: Ragnarok for $50 Canadian. That’s almost half price with $40 off. Game prices these days. Sheesh.

Grabbed a PSU today and burned a bunch of cash upgrading my mountain bike a couple of days ago, so i don't even know if i have enough left to buy a cpu, mobo and ram🤦‍♂️

I ordered an Asus motherboard, Intel i7-13700 cpu, PC case, and 1440p monitor with 165Hz. They are all on sale. I'm just waiting for the RTX 4070 card to go on sale, and I need to get the ram, PSU, and ssd M.2. I'm going for 4TB for the SSD and 32GB of ram.

most usa deals for bf sales are awful.

I picked up Port Royale 4 and EA Madden 24 for PS5.

My experience with PR4 so far consists solely of doing a hour of tutorials, and thank god it is not complete garbage, I don’t think. I took a shot in the dark with that game.

Deals in Canada are so dogwater. The only way to get a sweet ass deal is to spot a price error and to buy it before its sold out🙃

That sucks dude. I have not had any issues with my 5950X and X570 Asus TUF Pro. I have 48GB total ram and have mixed RAM kits. 32GB DDR4 3600 CL16 and 16GB DDR4 3600 CL15. They are both G.Skill Samsung B-die. I just set the mobo to DOCP and the motherboard actually set them both to mostly the tighter timings of the CL15 kit (16-15-15-35). Been rock solid and performs great.

Your mobo is probably the culprit. If a BIOS update does not fix the issue, replacing it most likely will. However, once u get to that stage, the temptation to upgrade altogether sets in. hehe :)

but to be fair I have not needed to use anymore than what is available on my Series X. I tend to rotate 6-8 games that I play.. a couple regulars and a few that I boot up when I feel like playing that game

Not really. The form factor for this type of SSD is not cheap. A more valid complaint was the choice of this form factor.

Been waiting for Sonic to go down, but I think $35 still might be too much. Mortal Kombat tho, I bought at launch and love it. Totally recommend at $40
