No Gears of War 2. No LittleBigPlanet. No Super Smash Brothers Brawl. No Sins of a Solar Empire.

Gamespot, while I'm sure all of those games are great you're missing some real keepers!

Exactly my thoughts. All underserving of GOTY. Come on, Braid's awesome, but they know it's no competition, so why even put it in there. No Gears 2 or LBP is just wacky.

Metal Gear Solid 4 for GOTY=lemming owned HARD They'll probably say "what IF" Gears 2 was on the list then MGS4 wouldn't win. However "what if" doesn't work in SW. I know what you mean, I'm mostly a PC gamer that dabbles into consoles and even I know that LBP and Gears 2 deserves to be on that list. Even Sins wasn't on which kind of bugged me. Sins, L4D and LBP are easily my Games of the Year. Atleast L4D is on there, so I voted for that.

MGS 4 is winning at whatever catagory it is nominated, and Crysis won both the readers choice and the gamespot's choice on that catagory last year, so no big deal.
