The PS Vita is a total waste of money. That one shelf at Wal Mart is not going to make people buy a PS Vita.

Then don't spend it pointlessly. Buy games you want with the money you want on the system you want. Plenty of exclusives on the Vita too.

I only have two reasons: Persona 4 and Danganronpa.

I already have tearaway, Killzone, LBP vita, P4G (if you count that as exclusive), Wipeout2048, and gravity rush. Of those games the only ones I truely enjoyed were wipeout tearaway and LBP. Wipeout 2048 only made me go play wipeout HD. LBP and Tearaway were good but neither one was good enough to warrant the purchase of a vita like I had hoped they would.

Been thinking about that, got a Nexus 7 2012 which is Tegra 3 and i want to upgrade to Tegra 4 or K1 , you can get HL2 on Tegra 4 devices now.

Touche. However, for my purposes it might as well be because **** buying a PS4 after how Sony treated the Vita.

The best reason not to buy is that Sony abandoned it, and made into a glorified Wii U tablet for the PS4. Its actually laughable just how bad its been doing since day one. Its a shame, because it had so much going for it. Instead they turned it into Indie/Portstation.

Compared to nividias handheld and nintendos uh no I don't need a ported PS3 game on a hand held. I need a mundane casual game that offers unlimited replay value. Handhelds suck anyway and psp emulators are getting better

I'd get one if money weren't an issue, unfortunately there's many other things I'd rather spend my money on.

I own a vita (lolvita..). Yup, I bought into the hype a year ago. While I really love the hardware capabilities,.... it really has no meaningful masterpieces other than Persona 4 golden. Just sayin..

My 3ds has so many more games on it.

Played it on the PS2 and have no real desire to play though it again even with the extra content.

My thoughts as well. Though if I could find an oled model I'd probably pick on up.

Not only that but there are soooo many 3ds games worth picking up--I've got at least 5 that I haven't even touched yet.

Hmm the Oled would be one of the very few reasons for me to buy a Vita...

Hardware's amazing, unfortunately it's a porting machine. Also really unfortunate they're getting rid of the oled screen, it looks really nice.

I only have three reasons: Persona 4 Golden, Tearaway and Tales of Hearts R.

Atlus can bring the Golden version to the ps3 or pc, and i'll gladly buy it. Besides, i can get into the series with Persona 3 FES and get to P4G latter if i need to.

well you didn't want to pay $200 for Persona 4. I just gave you the $99 option. Poor Excuses.

Dont expect the PS4 version to be as good as the Vita version. Tearaway is one of those rare games that fully takes advantage of Vita's capabilities (including cameras, rear and front touch controls, microphone, etc).

The one reason I don't own a Vita, PS3, or PS4:

Sony doesn't have anything exclusive to their platform that interests me enough to warrant a purchase.

I'd say buy it used. Got one at pristine condition with a 16GB memory card and a bag. Killzone looks pretty nice on it, been playing some R&C 2 and Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD too. I'm pretty pleased at the moment, finally have more FPS and 3rdPS games to play on the go (compared to mah 3DS and the RE games).
