they probably did this on purpose. they programmed the ps3's with hardware backwards compatibility (phat) to break so we would have to buy a ps3 slim (and a ps2 if we want to play ps2 games). so in short, they pulled a microsoft.

I now have a new level of hate for trophies. I mean I thought they were pointless to begin with, albeit somewhat interesting when you get them for doing what you were going to do anyway, but they've gotten to a point where the level of importance people place on them is insane and I can deal with that, but what I can't deal with is needing trophy data to play a single player game.

stupid question: how is it the leap year bug? and why is it only affecting us this year, its not leap year! and if this was true then wouldnt this have happened at the same time last year then?

Well, it's been fun reading almost 90 pages, but I need to go to bed. AAAAAHH! Why did I have to turn on my PS3!! I probably won't be able to sleep tonight...
