Resistance 2 the best PS3 exclusive game?

I love R2 but its no where near the best..

1- Metal Gear Solid 4

2- Uncharted

3- Valkyria Chronicles

4- LittleBigPlanet

5- inFamous

6- Killzone 2

7- Heavenly Sword

8- Resistance 2

Nope, it's my eighth favorite exclusive.

The best PS3 Exclusive ive played so far is Demon's Souls shortly followed by InFamous...then in shooters ill say Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 their pretty close

i just beat this game last night and i have to say that it was the most satisfying completion of a game i have ever experienced...is this by far the best ps3 exclusive game? also, the ending was surprising, never played a game that ended like that. hopefully there is a resistance 3...

Resistance: Fall of Man is still the best PS3 exclusive...neck in neck with Uncharted.

I say Uncharted. I love Killzone 2 too, but people won't agree with that.

socom is by far the best but i have been a socom fan all my life so thats just my opinon

Uncharted closely followed by killzone, R2 was alright but nowhere near as good IMO.

Resistance Fall of Man was way better than that garbage.

I have to wholeheartedly agree on that one. I don't believe it's garbage, the word I'm looking for would be - mediocre.

I actually enjoyed original Resistance much more. ;)

Edit: It's far from best PS3 exclusive mate, I would give that torch to Uncharted.

Pfft, no its not. I've played through both Resistance games and they are the perfect example of a completely average FPS. Granted the 2nd was MUCH better than the first, it still doesn't stand up against other great FPS games. Just about every other PS3 exclusive that I can think of is better than Resistance. LBP, Killzone 2, Uncharted, MGS4, inFamous, and even a few PSN titles. There were too many little things that kept Resistance from being a really good game.

MGS4>LBP>Infamous>Resistance2>KZ2>Uncharted>Valkyria Chronicles, in my opinion of the PS#'s biggest exclusives.

In my opinion...

1.) MGS4

2.) Valkyria Chronicles

3.) Resistance 2

4.) Resistance 1

5.) Fat Princess

The only reasons I can see why people like RFOM better than R2 is for offline co-op and a longer campaign. Otherwise R2 has better graphics, better boss battles and just more of an epic feel to it. As far as online is compared R2 wins with co-op hands down. At least I could tell I was playing a current gen title when playing R2. Again, I don't think R2 is the best exclusive but I do think it gets dumped on a little bit too much on this thread.

i thought the campaign length on resistance 2 was long enough...it took me about 2-3 weeks to beat it. i played it maybe 2-3 times a week so i think it was enough to make it worth 60 bucks...

uncharted 2 was my very first ps3 game, so I'll always have a soft spot for it... the multiplayer is a lot of fun

single player had it's moments, but the storyline is horrible

my first ps3 game was motostorm...only because it came with the system. its not bad though...

Uncharted s the best exclusive imo

Change the control scheme to alternate 2. Now it's playable.
