I am afraid to tell anyone, as they might loose respect for me. I know I shouldn't care at what people think....but I mean if my family and close friends ever knew...I'm afraid I would loose them. If I don't tell them, I feel I'm lying to them in a way, making them believe I'm a different person.

Nothing wrong with it at all as long as the people are single and of age. If the person is healthy, in good shape, and physically attractive, and there is "chemistry" between you, so what?! Age is just a number, it dose not define who the person is and it really dosen't matter except to narrow minded people.

Personally, I would only have an intimate relationship with someone I was in love with and was serious about. For me, if everything about that person was what I wanted in a relationship, and the only issue was age, I don't think I would let age stand in the way.

If we, at our age, were attracted to girls that are 15 years younger than us, well, that would be a problem then.

Screw it man. Have sex with people you enjoy being with. I wouldn't say just sleep around with whoever, but if you like them and they are attractive to you, don't listen to other people. Idk if I could do that with someone more than 30 years above me, but who knows.

I think for someone your age to be engaged in such sexual activity is a sign of emotional stress and family problems. If it bothers you so much, talk to someone you trust about it and work through it. You deserve to have that feeling of relief you want so badly.

If anything, you'd gain respect from your friends for getting a couple cougars. I wouldn't tell the family though...that's not exactly good conversation.
