I think it has more to do with the sensitivity of the area of arousal than an actual difference in the orgasm. I know when I'm stimulated by oral sex my orgasms feel markedly different than during vaginal intercourse. It's still the same thing, it's just different areas are more sensitive during climax.

Heh well maybe it's just me after all then. I don't feel a difference in that case, though there are entirely different mental images fueling the fire.
