i turn 24 later this month :)

anyway my biggest gift was probably my first real cellphone. i was given this fancy samsung clamshell cellphone (a big deal for its time when smartphones basically were a thing for the ultra rich and buisnessmen) and i loved that baby to death. unfortunately i had it robbed from me by two drug addicts near the downtown hospital while coming from a job interview at said hospital. they beat me up and then they stole my phone and then took off. so i wound up going back to the hospital checking myself into emergency and needed to have myself treated for a blleding nose, a black eye, and a slashed up arm. 0/10 wouldnt recommend.

thats right two adults nearly took my life for a 150 dollar phone just so they could go get high.

so if you have a drug using friend and you even think he might be addicted. know how far he will go to get high from this 1st hand experience.

idk... i really just received all the standard stuff when i was younger (money, toys, other gifts, etc.), but all that stuff is trivial and meaningless to me now. last several bdays, i've spent alone bc i don't really like when it's my bday bc i hate being the centre of attention. tho it is nice when a friend says happy bday you, wishes you the best, converses with you bout age n suff...but i absoultely HATE when i get a txt or some bs like that wishing me happy bday, just shows that person doesn't care at all n is doing it out of a sense of obligation.

hopefully this coming bday is better that my last few. i just wanna hang out w some buds, nothing more. but then again, i'm down to hang out w my buds any day of the year, so maybe bdays don't mean anything to me anymore, or maybe my expectations are too skewed.

My 18th birthday was nothing special, 21 is where it's at! :P Although, I pretty much do 21+ activities already.

Honestly surprised this wasn't said sooner.

My birthday is December 6, but my family had celebrated my 19th birthday on the 4th because it was more convenient for everyone's schedule, and my mom got me a 2006 Toyota Solara. I've had it for almost two years now. 

Happy birthday! I usually get better presents for Christmas but my best birthday present was probably my Arsenal jersey.
