There is no "best" music genre. I can be considered a metal head myself, but I don't bash other music genres.

Everyone likes different genres for different reasons. I used to listen to Classical a long time ago, and a lot of that stuff is amazing, but some is utter crap. This can be said for every genre. Hip-Hop and Rap is not something I listen to because it's got nothing I can "grab hold of" so to speak. There is nothing that pulls me in.

If you define the so called "best" genre of music by how popular it is, that's a pretty short sighted view on music. Justin Bieber is extremely popular. Is he now the "best"? I define music on how it makes me feel, not how popular it is
