    Possibly a reduction in violence, but I don't think there would be significantly less war. Most wars are fought over territory, resources, and treaties being broken, not necessarily holy wars.

    Well there could be a couple of things but I'm not sure any of them explain such a drastic drop. For one your new monitor may be a higher resolution (1080p) than your old one (possibly 1050p or less)...
