There is not ONE single thing in the entire article that even remotely suggests that the man was mean or abusive.

But hell, suppose he WAS an abusive jerk.

Did the girl kill him as he was trying to beat her? No.

Did the girl kill him as he was trying to molest her? No.

She killed him because she didn't have any milk.

If she'd killed him as he was attempting to abuse her, then we'd have something to talk about. But that isn't what happened. And there's nothing in the article to suggest that any abuse ever happened.

But apparently, she DIDN'T think that she was Napoleon. She didn't think the dude was possessed by demons, or that god wanted her to murder him. She killed him because over milk.

Now, I'm sure that there will be a psychological evaluation, and she mayn have had some condition which absolves her of guilt.

I didn't see the part about the baby the first time through, though I don't know what a baby is going to do with a glass of milk.

She's been provoked by the guy. It seems to me that the guy is used to treating her that way and she's been repressing her anger for a long time and she let it all out on him that way. If she could prove that he provoked her, she could get a better sentence than 40 years or 50 ofimprisonment.

I find it hard to believe that someone would kill someone over something as simple as this. It sounds like whoever she killed pissed her off so many times, and kept on keeping on and she didn't say anything, and this was what caused her to snap.
