I was playing the original GTA games while being well under aged. I have 0 tendencies to rob, kill or run over pedestrians. I had good parents, it's as simple as that.
Agreed, videogames don't influence any behavior of anyone I know. What I find funny is the only ones you hear saying videogames influence deviant behavior is older, modern-age ignorant adults who haven't played a game since the 80s when it was still duck hunt and mario exclusively.[QUOTE="sune_Gem"][QUOTE="-Vulpix-"]

I don't think it's wise to assume that some people can't be influenced by games. Individuals are not all the same....so while most people use games for entertainment....that is not to say they cannot be a problem for a minority of people.[QUOTE="Socialist696"][QUOTE="sune_Gem"]Agreed, videogames don't influence any behavior of anyone I know. True, which is why I said of anybody the I know. I've read some cases of videogames indeed influencing behavior that turned out to be destructive (read one in particular about a guy who was playing a game online, got mad at another player, found out where he lived, and cut his thumbs off after breaking into his house....nuts right?), but alas I've yet to know anyone personally in life who plays violent games and is a deviant.I was playing the original GTA games while being well under aged.
