listen to Fallen Leaves by Billy Talent and tell me that wouldn't be tough on expert, it sounds like a simple riff but the notes are right after each other that'd be a pretty awesome song to put on there, and also Klaxons Atlantis To Interzone....i will keep posting this song every 2 pages unless someone agress = [)
How do people not recognize simply how perfect Renegade would be for GH? It starts off slow and then goes in to crazy guitar, not to mention that the solo in the song is insane. That would easily be the best song that could be picked up for GH. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a few more gimmick songs in there like Thunderhorse and stuff, I love playing Thunder Horse.

Haha! Simple Plan! There as emo as it gets! simple plans not really emo, their punk rock, but, i still hate em. They're more or less pop/punk, and yeah they really suck...But what do you expect? They're from Quebec.

excuse me, nothing puts Stairway to shame Zeppelin themselves said Stairway was nowhere near their greatest work. I think there are a few Zeppelin solos that blow Stairway's out of the water, especially the one in Achilles Last Stand. You've probably never heard the song because its too long for the radio, but trust me, it is a masterpiece.
As for the people who said Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana, check out the song Peace Frogs by The Doors. Very similar riffs . . . i have their whole discography, thanks tho

You're right, Heart Shaped Box will never appear in a Guitar hero game--ever. Too bad, I was hoping that it would be in Guitar Hero 2 on the PS2. okay, jerk, i already clarified that. i didnt play 2 very much because the soundtrack isnt very good. and still doesnt mean she'd let Smells Like Teen Spirit without a hefty $

I agree about no Nu Metal, not because I don't like it, I love Slipknot, but just because it's really more about percussion than guitar, now if they did make a "Drum Villain", like they've liscenced, then something like Eyeless would be awesome.
My vote goes to Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin. The song is a 10 minute epic with several amazing riffs and a solo that puts Stairway to Heaven's to shame.

Yeah, Courtney probably would want big bucks for the rights to Smells Like Teen Spirit. And to your credit, I would've said that a Nirvana song would never make it onto a GH game before the GH2 track list was revealed.

Heart Shaped Box was on guitar hero 2 on the ps2 so theres no telling what Nirvana songs could make it onto future versions. I'd like to see some more Black Label Society, Fire It Up on GH1 was awesome. And some Metallica, and just to be greedy, Iced Earth.
