Here's a question.

We all know that games like Earthbound, Super Mario Kart (not 64), etc. have been clamored about by people to be released. What I want to know is what games do you want to be released that are NOT regularly discussed that are underrated by most gamers and need to be brought to light?

I have many, but to kick start the convo, I will start by saying Faxanadu for the NES. It was a great zelda-ish game that engrossed players into a unique fantasy world (at the time) and had awesome RPG elements like leveling up infused in it. One of my favorite moments of the game was that you could actually see the armor and weapons that you bought being worn by your player! I know that's more common these days, but back then you could buy 20 different weapons and armor, but your weapon never changed.

Doom 64. The game is wholly unique to that platform. It was not released ouytside of the N64 platrform, had unique levels, unique weapon and enemy sprites, and was jusr really, really good for it's time. Would be a great and unique title to put up.

Mystical Ninja Starring goemon was a great underrated n64 game, it was like a zelda experience in ancient japan with a little humor thrown in along with great characters. It would be awesome to see this on the virtual console, they have the super nintendo mystical ninja on there so this game is still possible.

Faxanadu was awesome. Little Nemo: The Dream Master is awesome too, but I haven't seen anyone mention it.

I always wanted to play Zombies Ate my Neighbors.

I always liked Pilotwings. That gets SOME fanfare, but not as much.

don't forget Goof Troop for snes. 2 player co-op is super fun.

and Quest 64. I really liked that game even though no one else seems to.

Metal Warriors, Knights of the Round, and Sunset Riders. All 3 of these are for the SNES and they are very good games.

For me I just want some more third-party N64 games. I know back in the day, the N64 didn't have all that much third-party support, but the Goemon games were fantastic, as were the Duke Nukem and Turok games. Since the SNES Mystical Ninja game is on the VC, the N64 ones should get released too. I freakin' love Goemon's Great Adventure.

I second Doom 64 I completely forgot about that game! This would definitely be a nice addition!

Wow, Rock n Roll Racing. I absolutely loved that game and agree, it belongs on there. It was a sequel to RPM Racing, a respectable title for its time and very good. I remember renting RPM racing many times before Rock n Roll racing came out. Rock n Roll Racing trumped it's older sibling in every way. Excellent selection.

Speaking of racing games, how about Stunt Race FX? They used the FX chip in such a creative way to try to simulate 3d graphics. It was a lot of fun and also, underrated.
