they should have a link cable just fot the hell of it

they should. It would  be nice if it would be faster like a ethernet cable running to a laptop. And just from a throwback sense it would be nice.

do you mean for online play or for when you play against people in the same room? personally i prefer wireless either way when it comes to handhelds.

The performance increase from a wired connection would be very negligible on the DS.

I prefer wireless, but I remember the old GBA link cable. Those were the days :)

why would that be worth the money its ridiculous. Why spend money on a link cable when you can have wireless plus no more tangles or anything i hate wires, and so do most other gamer thats why everything these days is wireless!

it would be a waste of money for nintendo to bring out a link cable when they already have wireless. no one would buy it.

The data transfer over a link cable isn't as fast as 802.11, so having a link cable would be the stupidest thing they could do.
