When I use to watering can on a sapling, how do I know if it got any water or not?

i think you can just assume u did if it went over it well. also, a) what does a watering can do specifically and b) what is the point of the recyling bin as opposed to just selling whatever the stuff is to nook's. also, give me an add, my info is on all the pgs.
ya, but i found a tire at some point when fishing and Nook's bought it from me for like 150 bells or something. so wats the point of putting it in the recyclying bin instead of selling it.
