I prefer Super Mario Brothers 3.Super Mario World,while still a fantastic game,felt like a small step backwards compared to Super Mario Brothers 3.
I like Super Mario World better but most people would say Super Mario Bros. 3.Both great games so it's up to you.
I really can't pick between the two of them, they're both amazing!If i had to, I'd probably say Super Mario World was the better over-all game (get it?), but SMB3 is SO close to it and it has the coolest power ups ever seen in a Mario game
Get both. You won't regret it. They are both phenomenal games and the only thing that makes Mario World better, IMO, is yoshi.
Do what I did. Download every Mario platformers (SMB, SMB Lost Levels, SMB2, SMB3, SMW, SM64) on the VC. You won't regret them. Enjoy them.
