I finally got Mario Kart Ds and I wanted to test my skills in the Wi-fi game so I tried to play it using my modem but it didn't work so I decided to buy the nintendo wifi thingy but I'm not feeling so confident about it, so the question is: If I buy it, is it 100% sure that it will work without any problems? Because I live in Panama so I'm not so sure if it'll work here and I don't wanna buy some thing that doesn't work for me

It doesn't matter where you live, as long as you have a broadband internet connection it will work. If you don't use a USB connector you need a wireless router and not everyone is compatible with Nintendo WiFi, but with the connecter it doesn't matter. It will most likely work.

Yeah, I was a little hesitant about buying one, because we have antivirus stuff and firewall stuff, but the usb works pretty well, still. So, I would just go and get it, and if it doesn't work, just return it. Also, on nintendowifi.com you can go to tech support and get a test that should tell if it will work.

Well that's a relief, but my computer is not what one would call "fast". Will it work anyway?

that wifi dongle is jacked up, you need to disable almost all of your firewalls and create a seperate dsl ip address and to be honest online mario kart is good and all but i don't think it's worth it.
