There's about a 106% chance that that will never happen. Nintendo wouldn't completely turn their backs on Wind Waker by creating a new style for it. Remaking it would basically be Nintendo spitting on Wind Waker and it's style. Plus, they'd be wasting time and money on it. I'd rather them spend time on another new Zelda game.
