you can use that or if you want you can hold B while drawing a slash. holding be is alot better IMO.

You can draw a straight line and sucessfully perform a slash without holding Z button? Damn I tried so many times and couldn't get it down.
I do it all the time. Using the Z button felt too weird for me that I practice drawing a quick line using the B button. I'll have occasional troubles, but I get more hits than misses this way.
You already have the best version of Okami
On the Wii it looks worse and is broken.
Do yourself a favor and pass on the game

That's interesting, because I've played the PS2 version and the gameplay seems like it would be incredibly conducive to a Wii port for the controls alone.
That said, I've heard a lot of people say that the PS2 version is simply better. I've yet to pick up the Wii title.

Ah. Well my hand was a little too jittery for that so I just stuck with the Z button lol.

You mean "A" right? You need to hold B anyway to go into the canvas mode. Then you can use a for any type of line and Z for straight lines.

The game isn't broken. I don't have the ps2 version, but I assume that the brush strokes work much better on the Wii.

Awesome, you got the only copy made where the dodge function works
Hold onto that, it's going to fetch big money one day

Don't argue. He considers Okami shovelware, so you can't expect any serious form of discussion there.
