This article is an example why Nintendo is waaaay ahead of the competition on helping their customers. If anyone has had a problem with the Wii you know how easy it was for you to get it fixed.
Uhh...yeah nintendo's great on support...it's one reason I love them so much, I emailed them like 3 times, and they always gave a good response back....but it was that time I asked them to make a Jet force Gemini that they stopped responding back.....anyways, they've got great support
