My Zelda painting is FINALLY DONE! - images inside -

EDIT: I have fixed the messed up paint on Link's left face. New pics in the morning in Off-Topic as promised, with day-light lighting. :c)

Holy CRAP, Link.

This took WAYYYYY longer than I thought it would. It is 9x12, oil and acrylic on canvas (only the bg is oil) and took like 30-40 DAMN hours altogether. And about three months because I work and school full-time.

Anyway, I hope you all enjoy it. I know a lot of you have seen it before, and I hope those of you tracking me just to see this finished are as happy as I am. (RIGHT-CLICK AND "VIEW IMAGE" TO SEE ALL AT ONCE)

Wow, two people are jealous. Especially digital_soul... is it really necessary to talk about how you don't like the painting four times in the thread while giving absolutely no constructive criticism? I think not.

To the TC: Great job! That looks really good. Makes me wish I could do something like that... I have no idea how you fit it into your work and school schedule... I know that would kill me if I tried, lol.

Anyway, what he said about the hair was oh so true, and I went back and forth on that part like 6 times. However, Link does have something of a buzz cut just above his sideburns for some reason, and I had to portray it.

on a slightly off-topic note, I totally agree with ParkCarsHere on the 2007 Rating predictions...seem very likely...esp. the Nintendo games ones...
