That's the way it should stay. Adding new characters won't pay off, it's a classic that shouldn't be messed with.

as evry1 else has said they only make 1 more console.

if they were going to make another one it would have to be something different to the rest of the series - but nintendo are good with innovation so who knows!

No Gameboy, just GBA and DS so far for handhelds. The series started on the Super Nintendo but continued on N64, Gamecube and now the Wii.

Yup, that's right. It won't happen unless by some miracle it does. But I still wouldn't get it unless every track is entirely original and interesting. I'm tired of playing the same recycled tracks over and over again from previous Mario Karts.

I would like to see a Mario Kart DS 2.

Tbh I would just be happy with better graphics, more cups, more racers, 8 player online and online battle mode

They'd have to add a lot of characters and new maps and gameplay options to get me to buy it.

No, 1 Mario Kart a console. Still the last one is still one of the best ds games and there are always people playing it online.
