Hmmm let's see....:
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl - I am super obsessed with this game, I haven't dropped it since I got it on release.
2. Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn - Before Brawl this was the game I was obsessed with. I think I've beaten it around 30 times now!
3. Super Mario Galaxy - This game was one of my favourite gaming experiences ever. Every level was designed perfectly and the music was sweet.
4. Metroid Prime 3 Corruption - The game proved that the Wii-mote is ideal for First Person games. The art and sense of emersion was great and held up beautifully on my 32' HD TV.
5. Zack and Wiki - This game is a joy to play. I loved all the puzzles and how they actually provided a challenge. My only complaint is Wiki's voice, man it is annoying.
6. Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition - I totally skipped this game on the GC and PS2 and every one of my friends had already picked it up and were raving about the game. At the time I wasn't so keen on the game mainly because of the controls, they felt awkward and it made me have a difficult time playing. I had absolutly no problem with the Wii version. The game was truly meant to be played with those controls.
7. No More Heroes - The game oozed st-yle. The characters were simple but still had loads of character. Each boss fight was a joy. The game would be higher on my list if the gameplay wasn't a tad undercooked at times.
8. Sonic and the Secret Rings - I am a huge Sonic fan and this game gave me some hope for the future (hopefully Unleashed can continue the trend). After playing the abyssmal Shadow the Hedgehog and Sonic next gen I had all but written off Sonic as washed up. The mini-games were also surprisingly enjoyable. The only problem was the weird level progression and the horrible controls when it came to going backwards.
9. SSX Blur - This game had superb controls, minus the uber tricks (which weren't all that hard to pull of once you got the hang of them. I seriously can't return the the analog control after this. I need nunchuck pivoting! My main problem with the game though was a lack of replay value. It needed a proper multiplayer with online.
10. Wii Sports - Though the game was really simplistic I still found it extremely fun. I still come back to the game in between playing other games or though droughts.
*PES 2008 might also make it into my top ten list. I just have to buy it first!*
