I'm not sure if anyone realizes or has brought this up yet, but Gamespot polls are not representative of gamers as a whole. They're not even representative of the whole Wii boards.

First, the population of Gamespot is likely more male than female, and probably mostly 13-20. Especially with the Wii, where a large segment of the userbase is one that traditionally doesn't play games, they're unlikely to visit a site like this.

Just letting you know, some people probably already pointed this out. 

anyone heard the remark microsoft made about wii owners wanting something like an xbox360 about the age of 14-15, they r trying to get the innovative wave out of the wii...... i have all systems, i like xbox360 the most, but wii is far superior with its great innovativeneess
