Is anyone else hyped up for the Dragon Quest remakes?

In Japan, Dragon Quest IV remake sold over 300,000 in the first day! In ONE DAY! That's crazy! And it's a remake not a new game.

So just wondering, is anyone else excited about Dragon Quest like Japan? I'm not sure about IV but I am with IX. It looks quite good and I think it will be the best RPG on the DS, even better than FFIV or Crystal Chronicles.

The only thing Square-Enix can do that will kill my hype for DQIX is if they remake FFVI or bringa Chrono game to the DS. Well, I think FFVI will come out so until then, DQ is the best.

Not really hyped for the remakes; I'm still going to get them though as I haven't played the originals. However I'm looking forward to IX.

Hell yeah I'm hyped! And like some of you guys already said, let's hope square releases FF VI and Chrono Trigger while they're at it.:D

I'm sure they'll bring the DQ games to the US. DQM: Joker came and it's the least anticipated out of all of them and it's very good on its own as a DQ game.

So yeah, I'm quite sure they'll bring it over.
