There is a 1-2 year warranty, so you can send it in and in three weeks they would have fixed it free for free. All you need is the serial number on the back(or someone else's and glue it on). Though I'm not sure if they'll accept that kind of excessive damage. Contact them with the info on their site.
Take it to a shop that specializes in repairing video game consoles. There's one close to where I live that repairs pretty much all known consoles (and sell some old games at a nice price to boot) for a small fee.
But if you don't have one of those shops nearby, the warranty might help.
LOL! If only that would work. Luckily I have my own DS so he's using it for now. Being verrrry careful.Run over it the DS in reverse. Should reverse the damage,

Hahaha! If that worked then I wouldn't have had a to trash a laptop that met a similar fate a few years ago.
I second what a few posters here have said. Take it to an electronics repair shop. They should be able to put it back together pretty quickly.
You either need to try to find a power-up to heal it, or else try to find 100 coins lying around.....if you do, your DS gets a new life.
