I've never played HMDS: Cute before, but if it's the same as the original HMDS, you need to get your husband-to-be to an Orange heart and then you can buy it from the Supermarket via your phone.
But, as the first post said, if it's the same as the original HMDS, get them to the orange/red heart, and then the feather should appear in the market and you can buy it.
- did you upgrade your house 2 times, and buy the big bed and coffe table?
If not you have to in order to obtain/ be able to buy the blue feather. And to get the big bed you have to unlock channel 2 sprite by buying something from the supermarket for 10 days in a row.
